En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans le but de faire plus de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Muscle\"><strong>muscle<\/strong><\/a> qui est un id\u00e9al. Elle peut durer quelques semaines, voire quelques mois.
