positions \u00bbqui sur du long ou moyen terme vont abimer vos disques vert\u00e9braux d\u00e9bouchant dans certains cas sur des pathologies comme:<br \/>\n<strong><em>le vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 du disque intervert\u00e9bral<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0qui se traduit par une diminution de la hauteur du disque et par un dess\u00e8chement du noyau liquide.<\/p>\n<h1
